CPL Mouse fix

This little reg tweak is used to remove all mouse acceleration.
A few people in CPL use it.
To download the files just right click on them and select "Save as"
You may need to remove the _.txt on the end of the file name.
Update: I added the Cheese Mouse fixes. Though as usual if anyone has an issue with it I will remove it and put a link to it.

Slightly better version
A slightly better version of the CPL mousefix registry fix has been created by Cheese.
The CPL mousefix version here does not adjust for screen refresh rate, but Cheese's version does.
